The Bosch Rexroth 4WRAE6E07-2X/G24K31/A1V (R900954069) is a high-performance, industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable control of oil flow direction based on its spool symbol E. This direct-actuated spool valve features integrated electronics for electrical actuation and includes a concealed manual override as well as an auxiliary actuation option. It is capable of handling a maximum pressure and is equipped with a connector pole PE for electrical connections in accordance with EN standards. The valve's construction consists of a housing with a subplate mounting surface, a control spool balanced by compression springs, and proportional solenoids with central threads. The integrated electronics facilitate the control over the solenoids, which in turn dictate the position of the control spool to manage flow direction proportionally to the electrical input signal. When deenergized, the valve maintains its central position due to the compression springs; upon energization of one solenoid, it actuates the control spool to adjust the flow. This particular model is designed for easy mounting with porting patterns conforming to ISO standards and is spring-centered.
It has been engineered without electrical position feedback but still ensures precise operation through its OBE (On Board Electronics). The 4WRAE6E07-2X/G24K31/A1V valve supports various hydraulic fluids like HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. It also features FKM seals for enhanced durability against aggressive media. Analog connectivity allows command value input via V signal. It's important to note that precautions must be taken to prevent the tank line from running dry; in certain installation conditions, it may be necessary to install a preload valve with an approximate preload pressure of bar. This ensures consistent performance and longevity of the device.
