Precautions for use
Hydraulic oil cleanliness:
Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean to prevent impurities from entering the valve and affecting the performance and life of the valve.
Working parameter control:
Pressure and flow: The working pressure shall not exceed 350 bar and the flow shall not exceed 160 L/min to prevent damage to the valve body.
Temperature range: The temperature of the hydraulic oil should be between -20℃ and 80℃. Exceeding this range may affect the performance of the valve.
Electrical connection:
Ensure that the electrical connection is correct to prevent the solenoid coil from getting damp or contacting corrosive substances.
Installation and commissioning:
During installation, ensure that the valve body mounting surface is flat and clean, and commissioning is carried out in accordance with standard specifications.
Avoid applying excessive external force on the valve body to avoid damaging the valve body.
Maintenance:
Regularly check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and the insulation performance of the solenoid coil.
If the coil needs to be replaced, it can be done without draining the oil.
